This is a very distinctive Central American Arabica coffee. It is selected due to its unique balance of acidity, body, and flavor. While the higher roasting temperature adds distinctive flavors and lessens the acidity. It is roasted at a temperature and time as not to offend all the natural and inherent flavors.

The body is intense and bold with a low acidity level. The flavors are smoky or roasted with some bittersweet and hints of caramel and dark cocoa
